Shipping Address
State Beauty Supply of Cheyenne only ships within our Wyoming Territory which does not include all cities in Wyoming. Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for you and cannot be modified through state-rda.com. To modify your shipping address or ask if you are in our Wyoming territory, please contact our store at 307-634-8984 or state8500@statebeauty.net.
You can place an order the following ways. On this web site, via phone 1800-544-7365/307-634-8984, via text “please call for number” via email state8500@statebeauty.net, or directly with your sales rep.
Updating Account Information
We must make sure you are licensed and in our territory. If you need to change your credit card information, billing or shipping address please use Call 1-800-544-7365 / 307-634-8984.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Delivery in Cheyenne and via Sales Rep.
- $11.75 Shipping on all UPS Ground orders per box. This is a limited time offer.
- UPS or Freight truck rate calculated shipping on all other requests. Please call us for an accurate quote.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped or is out for delivery by your sales representative, an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking (when applicable) will be sent. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account page, or contact us at 307-634-8984 or state8500@statebeauty.net
Delivery Times
- In-town pickups are typically always accommodated.
- In-town deliveries are made daily if placed by 4pm.
- Sales Rep's will deliver on normal route days.
- UPS will typically ship same day if order is placed by 3:30pm. UPS usually delivers next day in our territory but they don't guarantee it. In rare occasions it can take up to 2-5 days depending on weather.
