WHAT IT DOES
The Balayage Bleach is easy touse, doesn?t dry or smudge and can lift up to 6 levels. The formula has unique gentle scent which will make the session more pleasant for you rsalon and for your client. When mixed with our developers, the formula has a pH of 10.3.
WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW
